Baskets and delivery

Our customers loved the baskets but 2 cards were delivered to the wrong companies. It could have done some damage in our customer relations if the cards were given to some of our other customers. I would definitely recommend better quality control or not to personalize the baskets. Other than that, we were told they looked amazing. Thank you.

Excellent service!

The first delivery had one mistake in the gift basket; the company got back to me immediately and fixed the mistake in record time, with an extra bonus gift for the recipient. Well done, WhataBasket!

Almost right!

One significant cheat in the gift-basket: instead of the promised Brie, a processed cheese was supplied. Big problem. Otherwise, good-quality products, very prompt delivery, nice packaging. But don't cheat on the cheese!!
